As a Partner Enablement Specialist, you play a pivotal role in growing our Channel business by providing Partners with the tools to sell KnowBe4 products to their customers and increase net new revenue. Working closely with Partner Account Managers, you will coordinate and execute onboarding and ongoing enablement sessions with partner sales, marketing and technical teams. Your primary responsibility is to deliver empowering enablement sessions leaving our partners with knowledge, skills, and resources to market, sell and support our products.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person and virtual training programs for partners with executive-level presentation skills and strong stage presence
Develop and deliver specialized sales training content tailored to different customer segments
Enable partners to effectively position and sell product offerings across diverse vertical markets
Collaborate with Partner Account Managers to determine enablement needs for Partners
Effectively deliver enablement sessions to enhance partners understanding of market trends, best practices, KnowBe4 products and the Partner Portal
Orchestrate engaging workshops, webinars and enablement sessions, leading partners to complete certifications and submit deal registrations
Help partners articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4’s products and how it will improve customers security posture
Cultivate relationships with Partner Account Managers and Partners to understand their unique needs and challenges, and support addressing those needs
Engage partners in discussions on how to overcome customer pain points and objections
Provide feedback to Partner Account Managers on the effectiveness and participation throughout enablement sessions
Serve as a subject matter expert for KnowBe4's products to the partner sales team
Promote and be well versed in KnowBe4’s product offerings
Build company credibility, brand value, and trust with our partners
Maintain accurate and thorough records in Salesforce.com for opportunities, calls, emails, notes, tasks, demos and other relevant info in compliance with the Administration Policy
Requirements
5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, sales enablement, or channel management roles
Previous experience working with channel partners and indirect sales models
Training certification or adult learning methodology experience
Experience with partner portal management and enablement platforms
Knowledge of partner ecosystems
Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Security Field
High school diploma required
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field a plus
Proficiency in Salesforce, learning management systems, Google and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
Executive presence and strong stage presence for delivering impactful training sessions to diverse audiences
Demonstrated ability to train sales teams on consultative selling methodologies across various customer segments
Demonstrated sales experience in a customer-facing role within the SaaS industry
Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 40% of the time (approximately 2 trips per month)
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Collaborative mind-set to work with various internal and external teams
Must be able to demonstrate sales aptitude while being assertive, persistent, consultative, and comfortable working in a highly results oriented company
Excellent time management and organization skills
Persuasive communication skills accompanied with the ability to gain a quick understanding of the needs and pain points of channel partners
