QA Engineer

• Own and lead quality efforts for significant product areas or cross-team initiatives, defining and driving execution of comprehensive test strategies (functional, integration, performance, and system testing).
• Support developers in large initiatives to "shift quality left"—ensuring they can run acceptance tests locally and sharing techniques to improve how developers test and validate their own changes.
• Develop, execute, and maintain complex automated test scripts (using Python, Pytest, TypeScript, etc.) alongside the development team to enforce collective ownership of quality.
• Participate actively in Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs) and drive toward comprehensive solutions to prevent repeat incidents.
• Plan and complete the Readiness Review testing sections for tasked initiatives, managing end-to-end acceptance and exploratory testing at the epic level.
• Conduct complex debugging, including staging/production issue reproduction and root cause analysis, helping to troubleshoot issues even outside of your immediate team.

• Acting as the technical trusted advisor to provide consultative support for organizations across the South East Asia region (SEA) evaluating the JumpCloud platform
• Providing tailored product demonstrations
• Uncovering customer pain points and challenges and aligning JumpCloud solutions to those challenges
