• The Data Governance Program Manager plays a central role in driving continuous improvement across the Sensormatic process and data landscape.
• Responsible for streamlining business data flows, resolving systemic issues, and coordinating remediation efforts across business and IT stakeholder teams.
• Perform targeted process and data analysis, root cause identification, and hands-on field communication and support.
• Collaborate with SMEs, IT architects, and data analysts to uncover issues and identify manual workarounds.

• Provide commercial, competitive and technical application support to the field sales organization on all aspects of Custom and Standard Air Handling Units with minimal direction
• Work with a small team of technical employees to provide articulate resolutions to the field selling organization requests for AHU project support
• Provide application training and project management, as required, on Air Handling Systems for the field sales organization

• Under direction of the Director of Sales, Applied Product Sales—EqNA Channel, profitably grows the York brands of Custom Air Handling (YC) and Standard Solution (XT) products

• Develops and implements activities and strategies to continually increase top line revenue, maximize margins and increase market share

• Assist with pre and post sales activities on building systems and equipment project opportunities.
• Provide technical support, selections and limited estimating support to Account Executives during project design or proposal phase.

• This role is an onsite technician position supporting one of our largest clients in Cheyenne, WY.
• The technician will work normal business hours and will be provided with a company vehicle for work-related travel.
• A Johnson Controls Security Technician is a troubleshooter and service expert possessing knowledge and experience with intrusion, IP CCTV and access control.
• Candidates will possess strong verbal communication skills as they identify the needs of the customer and then inform them of next steps and processes to repair the system as needed to return full functionality.
• Candidate will possess skills and experience to inspect said systems to ensure proper functionality and provide written or digital reports to customers and company as needed.
• Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service-related items.
• As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service
• Locate and alleviate trouble with damaged equipment or wiring.
• Readjust equipment, repair, or replace inoperative equipment and test for operation.
• Performs repair and/or inspections of intrusion detection, IP CCTV, Access Control systems and fire alarms (if applicable).
• Assists fellow service technicians with system repairs and completes minor repairs including battery replacement.
