About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assume the sales position in HVACR (air conditioning/refrigeration, heat pump solutions)
  • Manage new installation business and implement Johnson Controls' sales strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed technical vocational training or a technical degree (e.g., refrigeration technology, building services/energy supply, process engineering, mechanical engineering)
  • Solid product and application knowledge in refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pump technologies
  • Several years of experience and proven strength in supporting engineering offices, system builders, and end customers
  • Strategic thinker with an independent working style, target orientation, assertiveness, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient with PC applications and planning/calculation tools
  • Good spoken and written English
