About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage cost and contractual aspects of projects, ensuring financial performance and sustainability targets are met
- Produce accurate cost plans, forecasts, and budget reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, architects, contractors, and clients
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Identify cost efficiencies that align with decarbonisation objectives
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are consistently met or exceeded
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong cost management, analytical capability, and attention to detail
- Solid commercial awareness and financial understanding
- Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a passion for sustainability
- Membership of a professional body (e.g., RICS)
- Experience on decarbonisation or sustainability‑focused projects
