Systems Engineer

• Partner with People Systems on executing the People Systems strategy and roadmap.
• Evolve our HRIS (Rippling), serving as the primary technical and functional expert, handling configuration, business process enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Design and implement automations and workflows that reduce manual work and eliminate friction in the builder lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding).
• Work with the relevant teams on rolling out 15Five modules.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems, driving clean data practices, rigorous audits, and proactive error resolution.
• Partner closely with the broader People team, Finance and Accounting, Hiring, and IT to align on headcount data, compensation workflows, and system integrations.
• Lead data security and compliance efforts, ensuring the right people have access to the right data.
• Design and scale processes for critical People programs, including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and organizational changes.
• Support technical troubleshooting across all People tools and related integrations, escalating as needed and documenting solutions.
• Contribute to broader IT administration efforts as needed, especially around provisioning, deprovisioning, and user lifecycle management.
• Stay on top of emerging trends in HR tech, systems, and security, and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Senior People Systems Analyst

• Sits within the Finance team and reports directly to the Controller
• Own and manage all aspects of US and International tax compliance and planning, including researching and interpreting tax laws, rulings, and regulations to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting and compliance
• Assure timely payment of tax provisions to all tax agents, including gross receipts tax, income tax, sales/use tax, VAT, excise, franchise and property tax
• Collaborate with tax preparers; review all federal, state, local and international tax returns, ensuring accuracy and completeness while minimizing tax liabilities
• Oversee tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide necessary documentation and support
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company’s overall tax position while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Legal, Hiring, Technology, and Operations, to identify tax implications of business decisions and transactions
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company; recommend and implement necessary adjustments to tax strategies and compliance processes
• Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on tax matters, ensuring understanding and compliance with tax policies and procedures and escalation of tax risks
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors and consultants, coordinating their efforts to support the company’s tax objectives effectively and cost efficiently
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in tax management and incorporate them into the company’s tax planning and compliance strategies
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management, contributing tax expertise and insights to achieve business objectives

• Shape Neuron’s vision, strategy, and execution end-to-end — spanning integration, analytics, and intelligent applications, ensuring alignment with Invisible’s broader product ecosystem.
• Own Neuron’s roadmap and vision: define and prioritize features that make enterprise data more unified, reliable, and valuable.
• Drive intelligence & analytics capabilities: expand Neuron’s ability to deliver predictive insights and forward-looking analysis that help clients anticipate and act.
• Elevate data usability: create intuitive experiences for technical and non-technical users to make decisions with clarity and confidence.
• Ensure platform cohesion: partner with other product leaders to enable seamless integration across modules and make Neuron a core component of the AI ecosystem.
