• Support the day-to-day management of operations, including the recruitment, training, and performance management of Tour Leaders.

• Own the development, implementation and adoption of Intrepid’s data governance framework and policies.
• Collaborate globally across the business to drive consistency in data definitions, master data management and data lineage practices.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all data assets.
• Manage the creation and implementation of data governance strategies to support data-driven decision-making and mitigate risks to help achieve ambitious 2026 goals and beyond.

Data Governance Lead

People Operations

• Partner closely with General Managers, line managers and global People teams.
• Support leaders on day‑to‑day people matters, ensuring HR processes run smoothly and align with local labour laws and Intrepid’s global standards.
• Provide practical advice, tools and coaching so managers feel confident leading their teams.
• Responsible for compliance and high‑quality people administration across the region.
• Manage employment contracts, employee relations matters, and liaising with unions and labour lawyers.
• Contribute to training delivery, support change initiatives, and work on process improvements.
• Collaborate closely with the Shared Services Centre to ensure accurate and timely payroll and contractual outcomes, while identifying opportunities to strengthen culture and improve the end‑to‑end employee experience.

People Partner

• Provide managerial and operational support under the direction of the Deputy Operations Manager
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations
• Assume managerial responsibilities in the Deputy Operations Manager’s absence
• Perform other duties as needed, depending on business circumstances
• Participate in “on-call” duties for the department’s emergency phone when scheduled

Senior Operations Coordinator

• Provide managerial and operational support under the direction of the Deputy Operations Manager
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and may assume managerial responsibilities in the Deputy Operations Manager’s absence
• Ensure all operations meet the standards set by company policies and practices
• Act as a backup to maintain continuity within the program
• Participate in “on-call” duties for the department’s emergency phone when scheduled

Operations Manager – Systems

Customer Support

• Provide administrative support to Sales and Product teams
• Handle varied tasks such as updating trip bookings, responding to requests, and maintaining accurate customer records
• Assist in confirming accommodation and transfers
• Work closely with global teams
• Ensure important booking details are not overlooked
• Liaise with suppliers when required and update new product information

Customer Support Consultant

• Provide the main point of contact for field staff working in the Utah branch as well as the Operations teams
• Responsible for the overall performance of all trips, including maintaining and operating a branch warehouse location
• Perform business administrative duties related to the branch
• Support the contracting, reservations, sales and other functions for the branch
• Perform other duties from time to time which may fall outside the scope of these responsibilities as business circumstances dictate

• Lead the Finance function for all aspects of Intrepid’s US operations, from sales and marketing through to operational delivery.
• Provide essential reporting, planning, analysis, and commercial advice that allows the team to make sound and confident business decisions.

Finance Manager

• Responsible for the safe, efficient, and profitable operation of all trips across Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, and Brazil.
• Ensure every trip meets company standards, policies, and Responsible Travel principles.
• Maintain service quality, safety, and brand consistency as the primary operational link between local offices, Group Leaders, Global Operations team, and Product teams.
• Contribute to strategic planning and provide leadership as a core member of the regional management team.

• Provide essential reporting, planning, analysis, and commercial advice to the US management team
• Lead the Finance function for all aspects of Intrepid’s US operations, from sales and marketing through to operational delivery
