About the role

  • Provide managerial and operational support under the direction of the Deputy Operations Manager
  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations
  • Assume managerial responsibilities in the Deputy Operations Manager’s absence
  • Perform other duties as needed, depending on business circumstances
  • Participate in “on-call” duties for the department’s emergency phone when scheduled

Requirements

  • Supervisory and facilitation experience
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Experience in assisting with new hire training
  • Proficiency with Google Drive apps, Microsoft Office and previous experience with a CRM system
  • Salesforce experience is highly regarded, but not essential!
  • This position requires ability to frequently lift, push and pull weights up to fifty (50) lbs, as well as frequent bending, stooping, and squatting over the course of a full work shift
  • At least 21 years of age and physical capability to meet company and DOT driving requirements
  • Maintain current Wilderness First Responder, CPR, & Epinephrine certifications
  • Must pass a background check
  • Ability to pass a drug test
  • A willingness to maintain a flexible schedule and work weekends and/or holidays
