About the role

  • Play an important role in shaping financial performance and strategic decision-making across Intrepid Travel’s Canadian business.
  • Serve as a key financial lead for our Canadian Sales (outbound) and DMC/Operations (inbound) businesses, driving accuracy and impact across our reporting and planning cycles.
  • Collaborate closely with Canadian leadership, regional and global finance teams, and shared service centres.
  • Leverage your commercial acumen to bridge the gap between financial data and operational excellence.
  • Help shape and evolve our financial processes to support sustainable, long-term growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • CPA designation or equivalent (or near completion)
  • 4+ years of experience in an FP&A or similar role
  • Experience in business performance reporting and planning, with demonstrated commercial and business acumen
  • Ability to work in a geographically dispersed, global organization with stakeholders across multiple time zones
  • Bonus if you have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, Excel, and/or IBM TM1
