Partner across Finance, People, Talent, Legal, Risk and Compliance, acting as the builder and integrator of the workflows that keep hx moving fast and focused.
Design and maintain automation workflows across Central Functions, buildingand maintaining 15+ production automations within 6 months, achieving 95%+ uptime, and reducing manual processing time by 60% for key operational tasks.
Partner with stakeholders in Finance, People, Talent, Legal, Risk and Compliance to identify and automate 25+ repetitive processes within 12 months, delivering measurable efficiency gains.
Prototype and deploy LLM-powered workflows and agents (e.g., for onboarding, compliance checks, reporting and document classification) that eliminate manual effort and free teams to focus on strategic work.
Research and test emerging AI/automation tools, executing 2–4 quarterly pilot projects with at least 60%+ progressing into production.
