About the role

  • Refine the value proposition for sales and renewals on accounts that drive > $150k ARR across strategic, US and international pods
  • Run ground-up discovery engaging with underwriters, actuaries, IT and executives to understand workflows and quantify pain points
  • Proactively share learnings and insights back to product and marketing teams to refine and scale the value consulting capability
  • Run and own workshops focused on pricing capability assessment and transformation
  • Manage engagement with a variety of stakeholders from junior underwriters to C-suite contacts such as CUOs and CTOs
  • Build strong internal relationships with account executives, sales directors and customer success managers
  • Proactively aggregate data to develop industry insights and benchmarks for customers and the broader industry
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product to leverage insights for customer engagements, lead generation and product strategy
  • Provide wider support to Pricing and Innovation projects focused on improving pricing capabilities and customer value from hx Renew
  • Support marketing campaigns, demand generation, GTM for new product releases and renewal conversations
  • Constantly iterate, refine and improve internal processes through the use of AI and other tools

Requirements

  • Experience within a (re)insurer or insurance brokerage working closely with or in transformation, or a consulting firm with some experience on Insurance engagements
  • Experience in proactively taking on ownership of work within a project team to ensure successful delivery of the wider team
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with a strong emphasis on collaborative teamwork
  • Confident organising and running discovery workshops with a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to create professional assets and confidently present to business C-Suite executives
  • Self-starter with the ability to own/drive their own initiatives
  • Demonstrable evidence of delivering on commitments and setting ambitious goals
  • Highly data-driven and results-oriented
  • Organised and able to manage engagements with multiple stakeholders in parallel
  • Inquisitive, persistent and confident (without arrogance)
  • Must be comfortable working hybrid (in office 2 - 3 days per week)
  • Must not require visa sponsorship (employer cannot support visa sponsorship)
