Contribute to internal and business development activities for the AD3 Service Line
Work and lead integrated consultant and client delivery teams on key engagements and accounts
Motivate, support and develop junior members of the Moorhouse team
Translate digital ambitions into reality, optimising technology landscapes, modernising platforms, and delivering innovative digital solutions that drive transformational impact
Lay the foundations for data-driven decision-making, building the infrastructure, analytics capabilities, and insights needed to unlock the full potential of data
Help organisations adopt AI responsibly and effectively—defining governance models, piloting AI use cases, and scaling solutions that align with strategic objectives
Ensure that solutions move seamlessly from concept to implementation
Requirements
4+ years industry or consulting experience, whether this is from a big consulting firm or boutique consultancy, delivering transformation projects and programmes with technology and digital focus
A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues
A keen interest in playing a role within the AD3 Team, supporting the development of compelling propositions and integrating with Sector teams
Cross-sector experience is valuable, ideally including Life Sciences, Energy & Utilities and/or Financial Services
Experience of working within project and programme delivery environments, supporting successful outcomes for clients across business and technology change initiatives
Strong understanding of project and portfolio management (PPM) disciplines and technology-enabled delivery, with a desire to grow expertise in this area
Exposure to Agile and hybrid delivery, with experience applying Agile principles in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure and present information clearly
Preferably experience in supporting and developing bids, proposals and propositions

A total cash package in excess of £60,150 comprising of a base salary of £45,150 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months
