Implementation Specialist

• Configuring system as needed based on client provided requirements.
• Testing new and existing system functionality to ensure accuracy of client system configuration with integration, regression and acceptance test plans.
• Develop expertise building the technology solutions.
• Maintain thorough understanding of all internal systems to respond to general and specialized client requests.
• Verify technical reference information, including user guides, training manuals, and system requirements.
• Provide resolution of client issues by responding to questions and concerns about the use of HUB International products; ability to leverage research to find resolution.

• Manage a book of insurance business, while acting with a high degree of independent discretion, autonomy, and decision-making

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Renewals Analysts, providing coaching on technical analysis, communication, and client service
• Assign and prioritize work across the team to meet regional deadlines and service expectations
• Establish training plans and support career development for analysts, including actuarial or CEBS pathways
• Act as an escalation point for complex analyses that required senior level input
• Oversee the preparation of renewal analyses, financial projections, and client presentations
• Ensure renewal recommendations align with department strategy and client objectives
• Build strong relationships with Employee Benefits Consultants and regional Advisors, understanding their book of business and service expectations to deliver tailored technical analysis and support.

Manager – Renewals, Business Analytics

• Responsible for monitoring the quality of service provided to the client, including but not limited to: brokerage/marketing services, communications and outsourcing/administrative services
• Executes marketing of client benefit plans; Writes requests for proposals and submits to insurance carriers and vendors
• Prepares communication presentations for clients
• Reviews and may compose plan documents
• Monitors financial performance of benefit plans on behalf of the client
• Compiles claim and utilization reports using carrier provided data
• Partners with carriers to ensure proposal requests are timely and thorough. Compiles carrier responses manually or into Excel for comparison and presentation to client
• Coordinates literature/material fulfillment duties and processes, including enrollment kits, plan summaries; SPD’s other benefits literature and communication material
• Implements insurance benefit programs, including plan setup at carrier level; coordinating Administrative/HRIS setup and services (if applicable); conduct client enrollment meetings; and follow-up with clients and carriers to assure complete and thorough implementation
• Provides ongoing client customer service to continually assure that benefit plans are being administered to the client’s satisfaction and that client is fully informed of any issues that impact their benefit plans
