Content Manager

• Content Strategy & Storytelling: Define and execute Engine’s organic social strategy in service of brand and business goals. Translate social listening and audience insight into compelling, relevant content.
• Hands-On Content Creation: Concept, produce, and edit short-form video and visual content optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. Own the full lifecycle from idea to publish to optimization.
• Channel Ownership & Management: Fully own Engine’s social media handles. This includes maintaining the publishing calendar, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the brand's presence is consistent and active.
• Active Monitoring & Engagement: Act as the primary voice of Engine by monitoring mentions, tags, and comments. You will handle real-time responses, engage in relevant industry threads, and manage community interactions to build trust and rapport.
• Community & Audience Insight: Stay close to social and community conversations (including Reddit and similar forums) to understand what customers care about and how they engage.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Growth, Sales & Partnerships, and Communications to align social content with launches, campaigns, and broader narratives. Elevate customer stories and UGC where it adds credibility and impact.

Organic Social and Content Lead

Events

• Own the workplace experience for Engine’s sales offices in Tempe, Chicago, and Denver, with oversight of New York and future expansion. Manage office operations, experience standards, and facilities to support engagement, performance, and team connection.
• Manage and develop a team of three Workplace Experience Managers. Set clear priorities, raise execution standards, and ensure a consistent experience across locations.
• Own the office and facilities budget. Partner with leadership to inform Engine’s real estate and in-person strategy in 2026 and beyond, balancing experience, cost, and impact.
• Build and launch Engine’s offsite and in-person program for a remote-first workforce. Create repeatable playbooks that bring teams together one to three times per year and drive alignment, connection, and results.
• Own planning and execution for company-wide and functional in-person moments, including annual org summits, Presidents Club, and quarterly in-person town halls. Support DRIs with logistics, venues, travel, and on-the-ground execution.
• Work closely with People, leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure employee experience and events scale with the business and support company priorities.

Senior Manager, Employee Experience – Events

Account Manager

• Lead the strategy and execution for Engine’s air supply ecosystem aligned to 2026 priorities
• Identify, negotiate, and activate direct airline agreements in partnership with executive leadership
• Define and drive Engine’s preferred airline connectivity strategy by carrier and market
• Own senior airline relationships and serve as the internal subject-matter expert on airline distribution models (NDC, GDS, fare filing, ancillaries)
• Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for airline content, connectivity, and commercial alignment
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Pricing, and Operations to translate strategy into delivered outcomes
• Provide clear recommendations on tradeoffs across customer experience, coverage, performance, and margin
• Track and report on air supply KPIs to measure progress against strategy
• Monitor industry dynamics across airline commercial, distribution technology, regulatory, and competitive landscapes to inform Engine’s long-term positioning.

Principal, Airline Partnerships

Payroll

• Process and validate all payroll-impacting data (new hire & termination information, salary changes, one-time payments, bonuses, commissions, liens, garnishments, and timecards) against source documents and HRIS records; proactively resolve discrepancies before payroll runs.
• Perform detailed pre- and post-payroll audits, including reconciling payroll registers to internal reports, validating completeness of employee populations, and confirming accurate tax/deduction calculations.
• Own the preparation and processing of bi-weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and maintaining auditable supporting workpapers.
• Ensure 100% compliance with timekeeping requirements by reviewing timecard records, validating accuracy, and securing all required approvals. Cultivate positive relationships with managers for quick timesheet approvals.
• Own off-cycle ACH requests end-to-end, ensuring all requests are validated against approved documentation, calculated accurately, and processed with a sense of urgency and precision.
• Partner with the People Team to ensure all benefits and withholding elections (401K, FSA, HSA, etc), are accurately captured in payroll, and own the monthly reconciliation of benefit vendor bills to payroll records.
• Serve as the directly responsible individual for employee payroll inquiries, delivering timely, accurate resolutions and representing Engine with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
• Support payroll-related audits such as 401k & workers compensation, ad-hoc analyses, and special projects as needed.

Senior Payroll Specialist

Account Executive

• Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close for Mid-Market deals including coordinating and delivering compelling online demos to potential and existing clients
• Net New Opportunity Development: High outbound activity, including 55+ cold calls per day, managing a book of named accounts, tiering accounts, and identifying key personas to target. Creatively source leads through self-prospecting and leverage company resources
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Acquire and contribute to the onboarding process for new accounts, collaborating with Engine's Account Management team to foster growth in existing accounts
• Customer Focus: Cultivate enduring relationships with a diverse portfolio of businesses, encouraging exclusive utilization of Engine for hotel bookings
• Data Cleanliness: Maintain a well-organized and clean pipeline to streamline sales processes and develop expertise in our tech stack by mastering tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Outreach to efficiently manage daily operations

• Own GTM strategy for Engine’s API and product partnership portfolio
• Identify priority use cases, sectors, and partner profiles aligned with company growth goals
• Define partnership value propositions, pricing inputs, and launch strategies in collaboration with Product and GTM teams

Product Manager

• Craft and execute innovative strategies to modernize Engine’s end‑to‑end billing architecture—covering statements, invoices, folios, receipts, and direct bill—so customers can pay us quickly and accurately at scale.
• Collaborate with engineering, accounting, finance, and customer-facing teams to deeply understand how different customers obtain approvals and reconcile their books, and turn those insights into flexible, reliable billing experiences.
• Lead the evolution of our billing platform and integrations (e.g., into customers’ accounting and ERP tools) to enhance efficiency, resilience, and scalability—ensuring that upstream changes across travel and fintech systems still produce accurate, trustworthy billing artifacts.
• Design billing experiences that support how customers actually review, approve, and reconcile charges, simplifying complex accounting and invoicing workflows into intuitive, self-serve tools that enable customers to bill their own clients and pay Engine accurately and on time.

Staff Product Manager, Fintech – Billing

• Proactively identify new revenue opportunities by hunting within your existing account base to generate business and consistently exceed quota.

• Lead technical direction and long-term architectural vision for our mobile applications (built primarily in React Native)
