Events

• End-to-end field program ownership: Strategy and execution of Engine's full field marketing program including event selection, audience targeting and recruiting, content and run-of-show, on-site execution, pre and post-event follow-up, and pipeline reporting. You own the calendar and you own the number.
• Traditional field events: Customer dinners, sporting event suites and activations, and regional roadshows. Partner with go-to-market leadership to align event mix to pipeline targets and territory priorities.
• Experimental in-person activations: Identify, test, and scale unconventional channels for getting Engine in front of buyers, eg. job site visits, office drop-ins, and other activations that meet our ICP where they actually are. Bring a test-and-learn mindset: hypothesis, MDE, post-event readout, decision to kill or scale.
• DMO and destination partnerships: Own Engine's relationship with regional travel organizations and partners, then build the playbook to expand the model to additional destinations.
• Pipeline accountability: Net-new logo influence, opportunity acceleration, and customer expansion sourced or influenced by field. Deliver clean post-event reporting to sales, growth, and executive leadership.
• Sales partnership and enablement: Tight alignment with AEs, AMs, and sales leadership on account targeting, pre-event prep, and post-event follow-up.
• Team leadership: Manage and develop a team of two while staying hands-on as a senior IC. Set standards for program quality, raise the bar on creative, and create career pathing as the function grows.

• Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive talent acquisition strategies across Sales, Account Management, Growth Marketing, Partnerships, Supply, GTM Operations, Operations, Automation, Finance, and People.
• Provide data driven insights and reporting that inspire decision making and behavior change to improve hiring outcomes.
• Partner with business and functional leaders on workforce planning, capacity models, role prioritization, and hiring roadmaps aligned with company goals.
• Advise leaders and hiring managers on market trends, compensation structures, candidate expectations, and recruiting practices across business functions.
• Own and evolve full cycle recruiting processes from sourcing through onboarding, with an emphasis on speed, quality, and candidate experience.

Systems Engineer

• Own the end-to-end architecture of the platforms that power how we go to market — Salesforce, Tray.io, Outreach, Slack, ZoomInfo, AWS Connect, and the integration fabric that connects them to Snowflake, our product stack, and our engineering systems.
• Partner directly with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Engineering to translate ambiguous business problems into durable, metadata-driven systems that scale faster than headcount.
• Architect the middleware fabric that connects Salesforce to Outreach, ZoomInfo, Snowflake, Customer.io, AWS Connect, NetSuite, and dozens of GTM tools.
• Serve as the technical translator between Business Systems and Engineering.
• Architect Slack as the operational surface for GTM — automated pulse reports, deal alerts, approval workflows, case routing notifications, and incident response.
• Own the systems-side of Engine's AI initiatives — AgentForce design patterns, prompt and data grounding strategies, MCP server architecture, and the orchestration patterns that let agents act on Salesforce, Snowflake, and product data safely.

Principal Systems Architect

Product Designer

• Lead design across two distinct B2B surfaces - partner configuration tools and the hotel supply platform.
• Set design direction at the Staff level: shape strategy, lead reviews, and raise the craft bar across the team, not just execute features.
• Bring consumer-grade craft to dense, operator-facing workflows used by sophisticated partners and hotel supply teams.
• Partner closely with PM, engineering, and partnerships to turn complex, API-driven configurations into clear, reliable, polished experiences.
• Push the team forward on AI-forward tooling (Figma, Cursor, Pencil) and contribute back to Engine's design system.

Staff Product Designer, Omni

Revenue Operations

• Partner Pipeline Architecture: Build and maintain the pipeline infrastructure for the partnerships motion. Define stage logic, attribution models, and deal tracking that accurately reflects how partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue flows — and ensure the VP of RevOps can see it clearly.
• Attribution & Influence Modeling: Own the logic that determines what counts as partner-sourced, partner-influenced, or co-sold. Build the models, enforce the standards, and ensure the business can trust the data when making allocation decisions.
• CRM Configuration for Channel Complexity: Configure and maintain the CRM architecture that supports partner engagement — account mapping, overlap identification, partner record management, and activity tracking across TMC and alliance relationships.
• Overlay Comp & Quota Support: Partner with the VP of RevOps and Finance to model and track overlay compensation for partnership-involved deals. Flag anomalies, model attainment, and ensure incentive structures are driving the right co-sell behaviors.
• Partner Tooling & Workflow: Identify friction in the partner motion and remove it. Own partner-facing tooling, configure workflows that reduce manual coordination, and build the automation that makes co-selling feel seamless instead of cumbersome.
• Performance Analytics: Build the reporting layer that tells the story of the Partnerships pod — pipeline contribution, deal velocity, conversion benchmarks by partner type, and the metrics that matter in QBRs.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Be the RevOps voice at the intersection of Partnerships, Sales, and Finance. Translate partner program complexity into systems logic — and systems data into partner-facing insight.

Manager, Revenue Operations – Partnerships

• Groups at Engine is a distinct business. The buyer is different — event planners, executive assistants, travel managers, and procurement teams with different urgency curves and approval processes.
• You will sit inside the Groups pod and build the systems, the data layer, and the processes that let the team move with precision.
• Own the CRM configuration and pipeline design for the Groups motion.
• Build and maintain the operational infrastructure around the RFP process.
• Build the forecasting methodology that accounts for Groups’ distinct demand patterns.
• Own the metrics that matter post-contract such as room block attrition and revenue actualization.
• Set and enforce CRM standards for the Groups pod.

Manager, Revenue Operations – Groups

• Own the outbound pipeline layer. Build and maintain the coverage models, stage conversion benchmarks, and velocity metrics that give the pod and VP of RevOps a real-time picture of where the number is coming from — and where it isn’t.
• Identify and eliminate friction in the outbound motion. Own sequencing tool configuration, lead routing logic, and workflow automation so reps spend time selling, not navigating broken processes.
• Build and maintain the enrichment and scoring infrastructure that puts the right accounts in front of the right reps at the right time. If the list is wrong, the motion is wrong.
• Own the handoff process. Define the criteria, build the tracking, and measure the quality of what gets passed — and what doesn’t. A broken handoff is a silent revenue leak.
• Set and enforce CRM standards for the outbound pod. Stage definitions, required fields, activity logging — the integrity of the data is your responsibility.
• Partner with the VP of RevOps and Finance to model attainment, flag comp anomalies, and ensure the outbound incentive structure is driving the behaviors that move the number.
• Own coverage and capacity modeling for the pod. Surface gaps in territory design before they become gaps in the forecast.

Director, Revenue Operations – Outbound

• Lead the design vision for Engine’s booking experience and make it smarter, faster, and more delightful. This experience is one of Engine’s biggest revenue drivers for our business and will have huge impact on our trajectory.
• Guide and mentor a talented team of 3-6 product designers while rolling up your sleeves when the work needs your hands.
• Set the creative direction and uphold a high bar for clarity, craft, and consistency across all travel surfaces.
• Turn insights, trends, and product goals into simple, intuitive experiences that our users love.
• Work closely with partners across the company to move fast, solve real traveler problems, and ship high-impact work.
