Business Intelligence Analyst

• Use practical statistical techniques and logical reasoning to correctly design metrics and integrate multi-source data.
• Apply an understanding of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sources and different schemas to access and troubleshoot varied data sources.
• Perform 'data sleuthing' to find what data is available and determine if ideas brought forward by user groups are technically feasible.
• Write SQL data queries and learn advancing techniques on the job.
• Use Tableau Creator, Power BI, Business Objects Web Intelligence (Bi4), SQL, DAX, and other tools to produce advanced reports, interactive dashboards, calculations, and projections for other analysts, internal business users, and occasionally self-serve clients.

Reporting Analyst

Software Engineer

• Perform a variety of programming assignments focused on data integration solutions, utilizing a combination of .NET-based APIs, SQL procedures, and Azure services.
• Maintain, modify, design, and implement applications within existing systems, and recommend system improvements.
• Work with project managers and architects on application design and development.
• Develop applications, components, and services using C# and .NET to meet business needs.
• Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents to provide accurate estimates for development efforts.
• Investigate, analyze, and document reported defects.

Developer II – Data Integration

Controller

• Own the store relationship + resolve issues end-to-end (regional “face of accounting”)
• Serve as the single point of contact for dealership leadership within the region
• Provide high-touch support and rapid issue clearing during close and in day-to-day operational cadence
• Ensure operational accounting excellence exists across all stores and teams in the region
• Own the close outcome for the region (material accuracy, predictable rhythm, and disciplined review/escalation)
• Review and analyze consolidated dealership financial results for patterns, inconsistencies, and unusual balances

Director, Regional Controller

Compliance

• Work directly with internal customers (dealerships) to resolve system and form related issues and requests
• Partner closely with Controllers on dealer licensing activities, compliance documentation, and related requirements
• Perform analyst-level duties, including reviewing data, documentation, and system outputs for accuracy and compliance
• Assist with quarterly compliance checks, audits, and education requirements in collaboration with Compliance
• Help with deal reviews, ensuring documentation, forms, and system entries meet regulatory and company standards
• Work with system support providers to carry out requests and occasionally troubleshoot technical issues
• Document customer requests in an organized manner to ensure proper follow up and resolution
• Manage and continuously maintain form libraries in the dealership Sales and F&I systems
• Implement form changes as needed in response to regulatory, policy, or procedural changes
• Maintain a working knowledge of the Sales and F&I systems, finance source portals, and associated systems as used by dealership personnel

• Responsible for the general ledger including reconciliation, recognition of issues, investigation and reporting to executive leadership
• Prepare annual, quarterly and monthly budget preparation and reporting
• Oversee general accounting office and immediate supervision of office employees
• Develop, prepare, consolidate, and interpret accurate accounting and financial statements

Administration

• Primary support resource for development and administration of the Holman PartnerConnect System
• Maintain Holman PartnerConnect adoption level and support system table updates
• Daily review and maintenance of supplier activities in Holman PartnerConnect
• Functions as SME in all facets of the Holman PartnerConnect system
• Directs and hosts Holman PartnerConnect training requests
• Works directly with IT team in identifying and resolving defects and enhancements in Holman PartnerConnect
• Works directly with database team to develop customized reporting

Partner Connect Administrator

• Proactively monitors trends in vehicle maintenance for specific accounts and geographic markets
• Builds and analyzes both standard and ad-hoc reports
• Analyzes data and makes recommendations to customers and leadership to implement cost-saving initiatives
• Coordinates with fleet managers, vendors and manufacturers to ascertain the most effective resolution to truck malfunctions
• Acts as a consultant to fleet managers and service technicians when complex solutions are needed
• Reviews and issues non-standard purchase orders to ensure that the customer’s best interests are protected

• Investigate and provide resolution to client issues, log all inquiries and summaries of issue and resolution
