About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain the upfit catalog by identifying correct components
Ensure product compatibility and accuracy
Create clear technical documentation
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for cataloged products
Support Sales, Engineering, Operations, and suppliers
Evaluate new products and vendors for catalog inclusion
Monitor catalog models for compliance with product applications and processing standards
Act as a technical liaison between departments
Participate in technical projects and support continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent manufacturing experience
4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment
Experience leading technical or process improvement projects
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
ASE training or certification is a plus
Experience interpreting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics is strongly preferred
Experience with ERP, MRP, or BOM management systems is preferred
CAD experience is preferred
