About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the Holman Fleet sales region
  • Lead revenue growth and surpassing sales goals through acquisition of new customers within the region
  • Facilitate the growth and professional development of District Sales Managers
  • Maintain strong relationships with leaders and key decision makers in the Fleet industry
  • Travel to regional sales locations to provide leadership on overarching sales strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required
  • Master’s preferred
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
  • Executive Program classes within finance and negotiation preferred (valued)
  • 8+ years’ work experience, including 4+ years’ sales or leadership experience
  • Extensive knowledge and experience within sales leadership and sales messaging and general knowledge of client relations, Strategic Consulting, Implementation, Supply Chain and other operational areas.
