About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the Holman Fleet sales region
- Lead revenue growth and surpassing sales goals through acquisition of new customers within the region
- Facilitate the growth and professional development of District Sales Managers
- Maintain strong relationships with leaders and key decision makers in the Fleet industry
- Travel to regional sales locations to provide leadership on overarching sales strategies
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending industry conferences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field required
- Master’s preferred
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
- Executive Program classes within finance and negotiation preferred (valued)
- 8+ years’ work experience, including 4+ years’ sales or leadership experience
- Extensive knowledge and experience within sales leadership and sales messaging and general knowledge of client relations, Strategic Consulting, Implementation, Supply Chain and other operational areas.
