Application Security Engineer

• Partner with the engineering team to provide hands-on technical guidance to software developers throughout the vulnerability remediation lifecycle. Perform secure code reviews, validate false positive determinations, coach developers on effective remediation strategies, threat model our products and carry out essential parts of a secure SDLC.
• Drive vulnerability identification using SAST, DAST, SCA and in-house AI tooling and manage external penetration testing.
• Support engineering team on vulnerability management, including risk assessment, remediation, improving identification of vulnerabilities and translate security and privacy requirements into technical requirements.
• Build security awareness through training on secure coding practices, security standards and latest security threats.

Software Engineer

• Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end (E2E) automated test suites that exercise complete user workflows across UI, API, and back-end services, executing against the architecture and standards set by the Test Architect.
• Champion an AI-first automation strategy. Implement and scale test coverage using AI-assisted authoring and generative test planning derived from AI-generated requirements, while leveraging intelligent triage to minimize maintenance overhead.
• Build and own a baseline suite of daily smoke/build-acceptance tests covering core workflows across development and staging environments, closing a current gap where automated testing only runs during formal V&V cycles.
• Lead post-deployment testing activities, including production smoke tests, monitoring-driven verification, and continuous validation against live environments.
• Design and implement golden-dataset regression tests for HeartFlow's ML pipeline services, validating algorithmic outputs against curated reference cases.
• Build automated test coverage for HeartFlow's WebGL-based 3D Web Viewer and Clinical/CaseOps UIs using Playwright, including visual regression for 3D model rendering and view generation.
• Author clear, traceable test plans, test protocols, and test reports that meet the documentation expectations of a regulated medical device QMS.
• Perform tool validation for test infrastructure and automation tooling in accordance with internal QMS procedures and applicable standards.

Senior Test Engineer

• Lead Heartflow’s implementation process for integrating our technology into new&nbsp;customer accounts.

• Establish and foster professional relationships with national and regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in lipid management and preventive cardiology

Regional Medical Lead

• Minimum 5+ years of health care/managed care and reimbursement industry experience.
• BS required. &nbsp;MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Payer Relations Manager

• Oversee and manage all clinical operational activities at the trial and site level.
• Interact with Heartflow Clinical Research staff and collaborate with onsite and field staff, clinical research coordinators, principal investigators, and vendors.
• Ensure clinical studies meet or exceed timelines and maintain high quality standards.
• Participate in clinical research activities including management of clinical study sites, study documentation, vendor management, and project management tasks.
• Develop clinical trial timelines, enrollment projections, and instructional materials in support of trial execution.
• Lead process improvement activities within the department and cross-functionally, including SOP development.
