About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Creating computer 3D models of coronary arteries from cardiac medical imaging (CT scans).
  • Processing individual models on a recurring basis within an operations team.
  • Using Heartflow developed software and processes for model creation.
  • Supporting hospitals, physicians, and emergency room patients globally.
  • Working flexible hours, including some holidays and weekends.
  • Training on specific software tools and CT image visualization process.
  • Reporting to the office with limited notice if needed.
  • Maintaining a light-controlled production environment due to regulatory requirements.
  • Ensuring good visual acuity and contrast sensitivity to grayscale.
  • Collaborating with a variety of backgrounds including radiology and 3D animation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • AA/AS degree, BA/BS degree, or 3D Modeling/Animation degree required.
  • Visual Inspection skills needed.
  • Strong computer skills required.
  • 3D computer skills necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Ability to work in a light-controlled production environment.
  • Good visual acuity and color perception required.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours expected.
  • Relevant experience in medical imaging or related fields may qualify.
  • Backgrounds in radiology, medical technicians, biological sciences, or CAD/visual inspection may qualify.
