Accountant

• Process and reconcile invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
• Coordinate with Purchasing to maintain vendor files
• Process weekly check runs, ACH and wire transfers
• Prepare month-end accounts payable accruals and credit card accrual
• Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations
• Prepare and send out 1099s
• Assist the revenue and accounts receivable team with customer contracts review
• Research, resolve and respond to internal and external inquiries
• Support quarterly reviews and year-end audit
• Coordinate with other groups on standardizing policies & procedures
• Assist with identifying control lapses

• Lead and develop the national Field Reimbursement team, ensuring effective provider support for access, coding, billing, and reimbursement of HeartFlow’s products.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of field reimbursement activities.
• Develop and disseminate educational materials on coding, billing, prior authorization, and appeals.
• Drive collaboration with field facing “One Team” leaders to compliantly share insights into customer needs, potential barriers, and payer issues/opportunities for access at practices and identify facilities and practices that need reimbursement education and support regarding HeartFlow products.
• Provide strategic leadership, talent development, and operational guidance to the field reimbursement team to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
• Maintain a deep understanding of HeartFlow policies and requirements and perform the role in a compliant manner consistent with company guidance.
• Keep abreast of customer and market access industry trends.
• Anticipate market trends and cultivate team capabilities to drive innovative, proactive market access strategies.
