About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create computer 3D models of coronary arteries from cardiac medical imaging (CT scans).
- Interpret CT imaging data to generate custom 3D computer models for fluid dynamic simulations.
- Perform in-process visual inspections and verifications on image data quality and models.
- Work in a highly regulated environment, ensuring compliance with outlined procedures.
- Provide consultations to team members on CT image interpretation and feedback as needed.
- Test and provide feedback for new product versions and process updates.
- Produce high quality and process compliant work with prolonged focus.
- Contribute to operations projects to improve future processes.
- Organize tasks and work independently on multiple projects while achieving goals and deadlines.
- Distinguish user error from software bugs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- AA/AS degree, BA/BS degree, or 3D Modeling/3D Animation degree required.
- Experience with medical imaging technologies is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
- Visual inspection skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable and proficient with computers.
- Good visual acuity, contrast sensitivity to grayscale, and color perception.
- Open to receiving and providing constructive feedback.
- Ability to work independently and as a supportive teammate.
- Willingness to learn specific software tools and CT image visualization processes.
