Meet the data reporting needs of the Operations team to enable continuous improvement in quality, automation, and efficiency.
Provide actionable insights into operational performance using data.
Determine appropriate methods to analyze operations, relevant information, and data sets.
Create operations-focused data views and interactive dashboards using Tableau, Excel, Google Sheets, and various visualization applications.
Design, build, and present dynamic dashboards that tell a compelling, data-driven story.
Present analytical findings and insights executively, professionally, and accurately to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Integrate data from ADP, Smarteeva, and other internal sources to drive business decision-making.
Support Process Engineering by generating dashboards to identify bottlenecks, validate new updates, and monitor process changes.
Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in operational data sets.
Provide insights, data-driven recommendations, and peer coaching/mentorship to other members of the Operations team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong hands-on experience working in Tableau, Excel, Google Sheets, and various visualization applications.
Exceptional capability to build and present dashboards tailored for executive leadership.
Sharp problem-solving skills with the ability to assign numerical value to essential business functions.
Ability to manage analytical projects across their lifecycle.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized, deadline-focused, and agile, with a strong regard for product quality and safety standards.
Education: B.S. or M.S. (preferably in a scientific, technical, or quantitative field).
A minimum of 2 to 4+ years of experience in data analytics or related technical fields.

Yearly base compensation range of $108,000-$141,000 for San Francisco Bay Area candidates or $89,000-$116,000 for Austin candidates and bonus.
