• You will support Business Development by identifying current trends and evaluating them for potential new business models and future strategic direction
• You will work directly with our CEO on the strategic development of the company and our software products
• You will independently develop use cases, evaluate them and examine, for example, their impact on the existing business model
• You will conduct independent analyses of market and competitive developments in the energy sector and present your findings directly to the CEO

• Rechnungswesen: Du bist der Organisationsprofi im Rechnungsausgang, behältst das Rechnungsausgangsbuch im Auge und bearbeitest Lieferantenrechnungen eigenständig mit Hilfe von DATEV 📆
• Monatliches Reporting: Dein Blick fürs Detail kommt bei der monatlichen Erstellung der Betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertung (BWA) voll zur Geltung. Zudem unterstützt Du tatkräftig bei der quartalsweisen Vorbereitung der Gesellschafterversammlungen. 💸

• Receivables & deadline management: You manage receivables and deadline tracking and, together with your team lead, navigate the world of efficient financial processes.
• Accounting: You are the organizational expert for outgoing invoices, maintain the outgoing invoices ledger and process supplier invoices independently using DATEV.
• Monthly reporting: Your attention to detail will come into its own when preparing the monthly business performance report (BWA). You will also actively support the quarterly preparation of the shareholder meetings.
• Monthly payment run: You add a professional touch to the monthly payment run and stay in close contact with our tax advisor to ensure a smooth financial flow.
