Customer Success Manager

• You independently track the user experience of our products and systematically analyze the results
• You design and evaluate customer satisfaction surveys, derive recommendations for our existing-customer strategy, and present these to project management
• You visualize customers' energy infrastructure in direct collaboration with our customers, establishing the basis for an optimal understanding of their needs
• You participate in customer meetings and engage customers with persuasive presentations

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Receivables & deadline management: You are responsible for receivables and deadline management and work with your team lead to navigate efficient financial processes.
• Accounting: You are the organizational expert for outgoing invoices, monitor the outgoing invoices ledger and independently process supplier/vendor invoices using DATEV.
• Monthly reporting: Your eye for detail comes into play during the monthly preparation of the management analysis (BWA). You also provide active support in the quarterly preparation of shareholder meetings.
• Monthly payment run: You take responsibility for the monthly payment run and maintain communication with our tax advisor to ensure a smooth cash flow.

Intern – Finance & Controlling

Business Development Rep

• You will work directly with the CEO on GreenPocket's strategic direction.
• With your wide-ranging interests, you will identify, over several months, market-relevant key elements for acquiring new direct customers from a specific segment (e.g., retail, municipalities, and the housing sector).
• You will derive concrete action items from your findings and proactively initiate first contacts with potential customers.
• You welcome the challenge of regularly dealing with new or amended legal requirements (e.g., the Energy Efficiency Ordinance) and assessing their impact on the company.
• Additionally, you are enthusiastic about entrepreneurship and interested in exploring growth potential in new markets.
• Market and competitive analyses are right up your alley.
• You enjoy working on market entry concepts, business models for enterprise customers, and innovations; you create Ideal Customer Profiles and occasionally take creative approaches.
• You independently carry out market-relevant strategic projects but know exactly when to involve internal stakeholders such as Sales, Product Management, Development, and Controlling, and you also liaise with external service providers.

Junior Business Development Manager, Sales

Backend Engineer

• Together with the development team, product owners and UX/UI designers, you drive the further development of our SaaS solutions (with a focus on interfaces)
• You design, test, maintain and continuously improve the software independently and as part of your team
• You advise product management on technical matters and coordinate with them and the business domain on functional and technical requirements and their implementation
• In the DevOps area, you increasingly take co-responsibility for architecture, programming and testing
• Through pair programming, code reviews and prototyping you not only develop our products but also continuously advance your own skills
• You regularly exchange ideas as part of “DevComs” or our Architecture Board with our agile, interdisciplinary teams
• You look beyond your immediate scope, realize your ideas during monthly GreenDays and have the opportunity to feed these ideas into product development

Full Stack Developer – Java, Kotlin
