Intern – HR & Recruiting, Smart Energy
GreenPocket GmbHHR Intern supporting the recruiting process in a smart energy startup. Engaging in applicant management, interviews, and personal development projects in hybrid work environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Applicant management: You will be the main contact for applicants from receipt of application through to contract signing
- Interviewer: You will handle candidate selection and the initial communication by conducting interviews with suitable applicants
- Idea contributor: You will research materials and tools, and assist in creating and delivering trainings and workshops
- Organizer: As part of the HR team you will be a point of contact for our employees (including team-building measures; onboarding & offboarding; contract & reference letter preparation, etc.)
- Employer branding: As part of university marketing you will identify suitable measures to attract tomorrow’s employees today
- Personnel development: Together with your team you will help expand and realign personnel and leadership development
- Your own project: You will have the opportunity to take on your own project in Recruiting, Employer Branding or Learning & Development
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are a registered student enrolled in a degree program in business administration, psychology, or a comparable field related to HR
- You are a strong communicator and demonstrate a proactive, independent and conscientious working style
- You also score points for organizational talent and keep an overview even with complex, time-critical tasks
- You have very good German and good English skills and are proficient in common MS Office applications
- Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience in HR or Learning & Development
