About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Receivables & deadline management: You are responsible for receivables and deadline management and work with your team lead to navigate efficient financial processes.
Accounting: You are the organizational expert for outgoing invoices, monitor the outgoing invoices ledger and independently process supplier/vendor invoices using DATEV.
Monthly reporting: Your eye for detail comes into play during the monthly preparation of the management analysis (BWA). You also provide active support in the quarterly preparation of shareholder meetings.
Monthly payment run: You take responsibility for the monthly payment run and maintain communication with our tax advisor to ensure a smooth cash flow.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are a matriculated student (at least in your 3rd semester) in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable field.
Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in controlling and finance through internships.
You are skilled at analyzing financial metrics and have very good Excel skills.
Your attention to detail makes you the ideal right-hand person the finance team needs when working with numbers.
You convince us with very good communication skills in German and English and with a professional demeanor.
