About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Receivables & deadline management: You handle receivables and deadline management and, together with your team lead, navigate the world of efficient financial processes
Accounting: You are the organizational pro for outgoing invoices, keep an eye on the outgoing invoices ledger, and process vendor invoices independently using DATEV
Monthly reporting: Your attention to detail comes into play when preparing the monthly management accounting report (BWA). You also actively support the quarterly preparation of shareholders' meetings.
Monthly payment run: You give the monthly payment run special care and stay in close contact with our tax advisor to ensure a smooth cash flow.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are an enrolled student (minimum 3rd semester) in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
Ideally, you have already gained exposure to controlling and finance through internships
You are strong in analyzing financial metrics and have very good Excel skills
Your attention to detail makes you the perfect sidekick the finance team needs in the jungle of numbers
You demonstrate excellent communication skills in German and English and present yourself professionally.
