• Support a smooth and efficient month-end close process (goal: 5 business days).
• Prepare accurate documentation and reconciliations to support year-end audit readiness.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline accounting workflows and increase visibility.

• Take full ownership of supply chain model, S&OP analysis, and Operations performance reporting
• Build and refine supply chain models to improve reliability of COGS and capacity forecasts

• Build and execute a promotions and deal calendar across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Instacart to maximize seasonal campaigns and retailer events

• Evaluate existing and emerging ingredients to develop new, evidence-based claims across our product portfolio (Grüns, Nütrops, and future innovations)
• Review marketing materials to elevate claims and ensure regulatory compliance
• Partner with the Product team to research ingredient benefits, inform new formulas, and support early-stage product ideation
• Support clinical study initiatives for new products, working closely with Director of Science and Regulatory and third-party partners to design and execute trials

• Complete critical core packaging redesign project that is currently behind schedule
• Design and execute packaging for LTOs and brand partnerships with tight turnarounds
• Own and execute all retail graphic needs including displays, shippers, in-store signage, and other point-of-sale materials
• Manage ad-hoc design requests across the business as central resource for packaging and retail graphics
• Collaborate with Performance and Senior Design teams to ensure brand consistency
• Support additional design needs during peak periods and provide flexible coverage
