About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own packaging execution end to end — concept, manuscript, artwork, proofs, and sample cycles
Drive launch execution at volume — manage full lifecycle of launches
Own product lines — be the expert on the brands and SKUs
Manage vendor and supplier relationships — ensure timelines and quality standards are met
Support post-launch optimization and identify opportunities for improvements
Act as the connective tissue — manage communication and drive decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of product development experience at a D2C or growth-stage CPG company
Owned packaging from concept to approval to launch
Managed a high volume of simultaneous launches
Track record of managing external vendors and suppliers
Strong cross-functional project management skills
Proficient in Asana or a comparable project management tool
