About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own P&L, strategy, and performance across the emerging brand portfolio
- Develop creative and positioning strategy for each brand
- Lead a cross-functional team on performance marketing execution
- Set go-to-market strategy for new brand and product launches
- Work cross-functionally with creative, growth, product, retail, and ops
- Track, analyze, and report on brand performance across the portfolio
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in DTC or performance-driven brand building
- Deep, hands-on expertise in performance marketing, particularly paid social and creative strategy
- Ability to identify a consumer insight and turn it into a compelling creative concept
- Experience operating in lean, fast-moving environments and building without a playbook
- Innately entrepreneurial with aspirations to start a business one day
- Bias toward taking action, not just delegating
