Site Reliability Engineer

• Lead the NRE and Metro Engineering functions, managing teams of engineers across metro build outs and Tier-2 network incident response which includes both root cause analysis and proactive reliability improvements.
• Own GFiber’s end-to-end network reliability strategy—including incident lifecycle, postmortem processes, KPIs, tooling, and continuous improvement.
• Define and evolve standards for observability, redundancy, fault detection, and auto-remediation across all layers (Access, Core, Edge, Software).
• Lead design and execution of failure simulations, chaos testing, and risk mitigation playbooks.
• Influence vendor architectures and partner with industry forums to evolve reliability best practices in broadband networks.

Head of Network Reliability Engineering

Operations

• Deliver on customer acquisition goals through continuous improvements in conversion rates.
• Deliver the best in class customer experience by supporting channel strategy and managing Sales and Customer Service contact centers across phone, email, chat.
• Support/lead cross-functional work efforts within GFiber related to Sales and Customer Service Contact center scope.
• Identify and collaborate with external partners for call centers; drive and implement best practices and innovate go to market model.
• Manage multiple vendors and their contact center KPIs (conversion rates/CSAT in sales queue; Service Levels/CSAT/Repeat Rates in Service queue).
• Drive performance accountability with vendor partners and manage service levels and other core Contact Center performance metrics.
• Drive cost reduction programs (e.g., reduction of unnecessary truck rolls).
• Drive continuous revenue growth via churn improvements and maximizing upsell opportunities.

Senior Manager, Contact Center Operations

• Build the Function: Establish GFiber’s standalone tax function, developing processes, controls, and documentation
• Manage Federal, State & Local Tax matters including income/franchise tax, sales & use tax, property tax, and PTE tax elections
• Partnership Compliance: Oversee federal (Form 1065) and state partnership returns, calculation and distribution of K-1s
• Strategic Advisory: Advise leadership on tax implications for partnership/corporate structures, new initiatives, and transactions
• Vendor Management: Select and manage third-party tax consultants and preparers
• Tax Accounting: Own tax accounting, partner tax capital accounts, quarterly and annual tax provisions, and reporting
• Audit Defense: Serve as primary contact and manage tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities
• Report to GFiber Corporate Controller and take ownership of tax responsibilities currently managed by Alphabet
• Potentially expand scope to include Treasury functions (depending on skills and interest)
