• Research and craft compelling, conversion-focused copy in partnership with growth marketers, designers, and product leads.
• Write and optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and digital ads to drive signups, feature adoption, and other key conversion goals.
• Contribute to internal learning by testing messaging variations, generating strong headline and copy options, and providing data-backed recommendations.
• Produce messaging briefs for new feature releases and collaborate closely with stakeholders for product alignment.
• Analyze performance metrics to inform iterative improvements and future campaigns.

Conversion Copywriter

Sales

• Focus on Middle of Funnel (MOFU) engagement, helping converted candidates adopt and actively use GoodParty.org tools
• Serve as a trusted guide to independent candidates already signed up with GoodParty.org, helping them launch and grow powerful grassroots campaigns
• Identify the most impactful ways Pro tools and services can accelerate each candidate’s outreach, voter engagement, and success to hit conversion goals
• Inspire confidence by clearly explaining how Pro tools work and how they’re built to help candidates win without big money or party support
• Empower candidates to take action by helping them activate, navigate, and get quick wins from platform tools
• Ensure candidates feel supported and set up for success; connect them to Political Advisors, FAQs, and training resources
• Keep candidate records up to date in HubSpot, tracking progress, activation, and touchpoints to ensure no one falls through the cracks
