About the role
- Architect and lead development of human-in-the-loop AI applications
- Enhance and scale open-source products on AWS
- Design and conduct structured experimentation to diagnose issues
- Mentor engineers on AI best practices and system design
Requirements
- 5+ years leading or owning AI-driven systems in production
- Deep technical expertise in backend and data problems
- Experience with React, NextJS, DataBricks, Python, and Postgres
- Skilled in prompt engineering and RAG workflows
- Experience building and optimizing automated data pipelines
- Commitment to responsible and ethical AI development
