• Own the Developer + AI Portfolio: Lead strategy and execution across 1Password’s developer experience, AI for security, and security for AI initiatives
• Build for AI-Native Systems: Define the technical vision for secure, agentic workflows, including identity, delegation, and secrets delivery, used by developers and AI agents alike
• Drive Standards & Advocacy: Oversee our Developer Evangelists and Standards Engineers, ensuring 1Password has a strong voice in the AI/security ecosystem and relevant working groups
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product, Marketing, Security, and Partnerships to deliver platform integrations and drive adoption across developer and AI communities
