Create and refine talk tracks, email templates, call scripts, and objection handling guides.
Monitor outreach performance and call quality and provide feedback and resources.
Own and execute candidate outreach at the top of the funnel, introducing prospective candidates to GoodParty.org.
Drive initial engagement by clearly communicating mission, platform benefits, and the unique value of running independently.
Manage a high-volume outreach pipeline in HubSpot, maintaining accurate records and personalized follow-ups.
Make outreach calls when bandwidth allows to contribute to top-of-funnel goals.
Pilot and implement new messaging strategies, tools, and AI enhancements; test and scale successful approaches.
Share top-of-funnel insights with internal teams to inform positioning, marketing strategy, candidate personas, and product messaging.
Bring a startup mindset: experiment, learn fast, and iterate to drive candidate pipeline growth.
Report to the Senior Sales Manager overseeing all sales teams.
Requirements
4-5 years of experience in outreach, sales, or business development
2+ years in tech sales
1+ years experience as a team lead
Skilled at building trust with team members and moving conversations toward action
Ability to explain complex tools simply and clearly
Organized and self-directed
Comfortable managing pipelines in HubSpot while hitting engagement goals
Tech-savvy and already using AI tools that boost performance
Experience training or coaching team members on talk tracks, objection handling, or outreach strategies
