About the role
- Improve and run organizational learning machine for data-driven iterations.
- Build and run business intelligence system with data engineers.
- Execute cross-functional analytical projects in finance, product, marketing, and politics.
- Lead quality checking of incoming data and manual transformations.
- Collaborate with team leads to align dashboards with goals.
- Test and optimize usability of visualizations for cross-functional teams.
- Report to Director of Business Operations.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of work experience in a business analytics or data analytics role.
- SQL, Business Intelligence Tools (Looker, Metabase, etc.), Python or R knowledge.
- Ability to visualize data in a digestible format.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
- Experience in a data-driven politics organization (bonus).
