About the role
- Design, implement, and iterate on human-in-the-loop AI applications
- Use skills in React, NextJS, DataBricks, Python, and Postgres on AWS
- Rapidly learn new domains and apply AI and machine learning methods
- Conduct structured experimentation to diagnose problems and validate solutions
- Evaluate emerging AI frameworks and tools for production integration
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant full-time work experience
- Strong technical training in computer science or engineering
- Practical experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and RAG workflows
- Experience creating robust automated data pipelines, including vector databases and ETL systems
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, experimental environments
- Commit to responsible and ethical AI development
