Community Manager

• 50/50 proactive and reactive engagement, you’ll be identifying and actioning on real time trends and opportunities for our brands to engage with by keeping a pulse on culture.
• Responsible for maintaining the voice of our clients on social
• Tracking performance and surfacing insights that connect engagement activity to brand perception, follower quality, and overall channel health
• Building repeatable systems: playbooks, response libraries, interaction guidelines, and internal education that allow the brand to scale consistent behavior across teams and markets
• Designing and implementing community engagement strategies that go beyond day-to-day commenting, including social listening protocols, conversation frameworks, and escalation flows
• Developing proactive community programming, including UGC initiatives, audience engagement plans, and surprise-and-delight tactics
• Working alongside our social media, creative, project management and account teams to ensure overall processes are smooth.

Senior Associate, Community Management

Communications

• Own and manage GALE's social media channels — LinkedIn (primary), Instagram, X/Twitter, and TikTok
• Develop and execute a social media strategy that drives follower growth, engagement, and impressions, in partnership with the Associate Manager and Vice President
• Write compelling copy and develop creative approaches; partner closely with team’s Designers on visual assets and video content
• Manage content calendar end-to-end, from ideation to publishing to performance tracking
• Stay ahead of platform trends, identify opportunities, and proactively bring new ideas
• Support external and internal communications efforts, including drafting and distributing key messaging, blogs, newsletters, etc.
• Support thought leadership initiatives to position GALE and its key leaders
• Help with project management and planning for external events (e.g. Cannes Lions)
• Support and/or drive internal communications projects
• Track deadlines and manage events and awards calendars
• Maintain core team trackers and documents to keep us organized and running smoothly.

Associate, Corporate Communications

Civil Engineer

• Serve as a Project Manager for civil/site design, land planning, and permitting
• Coordinate staff to complete assignments and practice quality control procedures
• Complete project deliverables including construction documents, technical reports, and cost estimating
• Handle project billing/invoicing and staffing projections
• Mentor or train staff
• Assist with writing proposals and business development efforts
• Present and represent Gale at Client meetings

• Serve as Project Manager on a variety of projects involving evaluation and rehabilitation of existing structures and facades
• Responsibilities include design of structural augmentation of existing structures and superstructure/foundation systems for new structures
• Prepare drawings, specifications, calculations, reports, and correspondence
• Perform construction observations and meet with clients
• Mentor junior staff to ensure the success of the structural team
• Ensure technical and financial performance of projects
• Assist with writing proposals and business development efforts
• Present and represent Gale at Client meetings and obligations
