About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with Product, Design, Development, and Content teams to ensure high-quality delivery of digital products and web applications.
Design, execute, and maintain effective test scenarios, test cases, and regression suites for new features and enhancements.
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution while providing clear risk assessments and quality recommendations.
Perform functional, integration, regression, cross-browser, and responsive testing across web platforms.
Contribute to test automation initiatives by developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
Leverage AI-powered tools and assistants to improve test design, test coverage, defect analysis, and overall QA efficiency.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, release validation, and quality planning discussions.
Support content and platform validation activities for CMS-driven websites, including migration and transformation initiatives where applicable.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance for web applications and digital platforms.
Strong understanding of software testing principles, test design techniques, defect lifecycle, and QA best practices.
Experience in functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing.
Good understanding of test automation concepts and hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
Programming and scripting skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman or equivalent.
Familiarity with AI-assisted testing approaches and the effective use of AI tools to improve QA productivity and quality outcomes.
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices.
Self-driven, adaptable, and passionate about continuously learning emerging technologies and QA practices.
