Senior Product Manager, Discovery & Recommendations

Account Executive

• Build and execute strategies with the goal of acquiring net new Meal Program customers and locations, either in new or existing account relationships
• Build a pipeline by identifying new sales opportunities through self-prospecting and working inbound leads to meet sales goals

• Own pod-level GTM strategy and execution for new features and enhancements.

• Build and maintain frontend platform, component library and web applications using modern front-end technologies such as TypeScript, React, and Next.js

• Manage a book of high value Meal Program accounts with full accountability for retention and GMV protection.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for your accounts after AE handoff, building trusted relationships with account admins and key stakeholders so ezCater has an active partner inside each account.
• Conduct regular business reviews (in person and virtually) with accounts to align on goals, surface value delivered, and identify opportunities to deepen the relationship.
• Escalate to cross functional partners when service, delivery, restaurant variety, and order accuracy issues arise, coordinating across internal teams on behalf of the customer.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date account records in Salesforce — including stakeholder maps, account health, risk factors, and next steps — so context is always visible and actionable.

• Identify appropriate restaurant partners from the ezCater marketplace and call restaurants in order to grow a strong supply network that delights our customers and meets the demands of each opportunity
• Effectively navigate conversations surrounding program benefits, partnership expectations, commission, operational capacity, delivery logistics, and menu
• Try and track strategies for driving successful engagement with our restaurants, and onboarding restaurants onto our program in a way that is operationally efficient and drives reliable and successful outcomes for our customers
