About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and product updates across ezCater's supply-side product lines, including Marketplace, Online Ordering, Dispatch, and Marketing Programs
- Write and own partner-facing messaging and content, spanning positioning frameworks and launch emails to case studies, blog posts, and sales enablement materials
- Surface and shape restaurant partner success stories — interviewing partners directly or partnering with Content Marketing to identify compelling narratives and develop case studies, testimonials, and co-marketing assets that bring the voice of the partner into our go-to-market
- Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to contribute to campaigns that drive restaurant partner adoption and engagement across the full campaign lifecycle, including email sequences, in-app messaging, and campaign copy
- Build internal and external enablement materials that help Sales, Partner Success, and other customer-facing teams communicate product value clearly and confidently
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Partner Success, Content Marketing, and Insights to inform messaging with customer and market data and manage successful GTM campaigns that drive adoption
- Support the development of white papers, how-to guides, and Help Center content that supports self-serve partner education
- Track and report on launch and campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of product marketing experience with a strong portfolio.
- Exceptional positioning skills — you can take a complicated product update and make it feel obvious and exciting to the person who needs to act on it – a portfolio or writing samples are necessary
- Demonstrated experience writing for product launches, feature announcements, or go-to-market campaigns
- Experience conducting customer or partner interviews and translating those conversations into polished, story-driven content (case studies, testimonials, profiles)
- Comfort producing a range of content types: messaging frameworks, sales one-pagers, case studies, blog posts, and email copy
- Strong cross-functional instincts — you ask good questions, synthesize input from multiple stakeholders, and know how to move a draft forward
- Curiosity about the restaurant and food tech industry, or a track record of getting up to speed quickly in new domains
- Experience with tools like Confluence, Monday.com, or similar platforms for content management and project tracking is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for Together Weeks, team gatherings and other events, when applicable.
