Key responsibilities & impact

Own the quality standard, develop and maintain photo quality frameworks, style guides, and acceptance criteria.
Manage our freelance network and set quality/consistency standards.
Manage and develop a team of Photo Curation Specialists.
Evolve operations with a focus on automation and quality assurance.
Own photo metrics tracking and prioritize based on data.
Identify process gaps and redesign inefficiencies in photo flow.
Communicate the value of strong photo coverage to partners and collaborators.
Represent the discipline cross-functionally in various conversations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of food or product photography experience
1-3 years leading a team with a track record of direct feedback, developing people, and holding performance standards
Comfortable in Sigma, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools
Proficient in Salesforce, Monday.com, Slack, Lightroom, and Photoshop
Ability to travel up to 25% for Together Weeks, team gatherings, photoshoots, and other events
