• Own product strategy and roadmap for MDR, EDR, and Incident Response, aligning with product vision and company OKRs.
• Drive product discovery to understand customer needs and translate them into product opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Design, Security Operations, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver outcomes.
• Define and execute Go-To-Market plans with Product Marketing and run product launches.
• Manage external partner and supplier relationships with EDR vendors and MDR technology providers.
• Improve internal processes, tooling, and product culture to scale the business sustainably.
• Use agile methodologies and data-driven decision making to measure performance and iterate.
• Stay current with cybersecurity trends and drive innovation.
• Report to the Director of Product Delivery as a senior individual contributor.

• Develop positioning and messaging frameworks that differentiate Eye Security in the cybersecurity market.
• Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to define ICP needs, shape value propositions, and deliver GTM plans.
• Plan, write, and edit diverse content; create sales tools and training; ensure teams are equipped to win.
• Drive research, case studies, and customer stories to strengthen Eye’s market presence and thought leadership.
• Build and deliver presentations aligning internal and external stakeholders.
• Run a structured content calendar, track metrics, and continuously refine based on impact and customer satisfaction.
