• Own and drive the transformation of IT from a support function into a strategic partner for the business.
• Define and execute an IT strategy aligned with company goals and long-term growth.
• Introduce structure, governance, and scalable operating models across IT.
• Lead organizational change, positioning IT as a trusted advisor rather than a reactive service.
• Design and run reliable IT operations, including service management, incident response, and change processes.
• Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure, and core tooling including Twingate, PagerDuty, and CrowdStrike.
• Ensure strong security posture, threat detection, and compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIS2.
• Provide technical support to engineering teams enabling 24/7 service operations.
• Lead IT projects end-to-end, including SaaS integrations, infrastructure modernization, and vendor management.
• Enable the business through robust workplace IT, identity and access management, and core business systems.
• Own IT performance and cost efficiency, using clear KPIs and budget responsibility to drive measurable impact.
• Oversee core data platforms, ensuring strong data governance, integrity, and compliance.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Graphics Designer

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create visually engaging assets mainly for digital and sometimes for print media, including digital ads, landing pages, emails, event materials, brochures, infographics, ebooks, presentations, events, promotional items
• Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials all in line with our brand look and feel
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all work is delivered on time and to the highest standards
• Collaborate, discuss ideas and get feedback from project teams with multiple stakeholders
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of our visual communications
• Conduct image sourcing, editing, and retouching as needed using both traditional tools and AI-assisted solutions
• Maintain the company's visual identity, contributing to brand evolution and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
• Strong PowerPoint skills, responsible for building and polishing client-ready decks (layout, visual storytelling, charts, consistency, templates).

• Build and expand Eye’s MSP partner ecosystem in the Netherlands.
• Identify and onboard new partners, developing long-term relationships based on trust.
• Support partners from initial discussions through contracts, onboarding, and business planning.
• Collaborate with partners on joint go-to-market initiatives and ensure mutual growth.
• Represent Eye at partner meetings, trade fairs, and industry events.
• Work closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, and other teams to align efforts and maximize impact.
