• Build — First and foremost, this is a building role. You'll work closely with the SVP People & Talent to roadmap People products that genuinely serve both employees and the business.

• Partner with AEs to understand customer needs, shape deal strategy, and share responsibility for outcomes.
• Lead discovery, presentations, and demos, tailoring messaging while positioning a standardized offering.

• Provide an independent view on deal health and closing probability during forecasts.

• Design, build, and maintain dbt models that power the dashboards and metrics the business runs on.
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify what they need and translate it into reliable analytics products.

Infrastructure Engineer

• Build and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
• Contribute to our internal platform: reusable modules, golden paths, and documentation.
• Help implement and operate our observability stack through dashboards, alerts, and SLOs.
• Support engineering teams by handling infrastructure-related requests with clarity and follow-through.
• Debug issues across the stack (CI/CD pipelines, Terraform state, AWS services, runtime environments).
• Write scripts and small tools (primarily in Go) to automate repetitive work.
