Strategic Account Manager, Multifamily

Manager

• The National Account Manager will oversee an account base (i.e. Costco, Sam's Club, Target, Meijer, Menards, etc.), aiming to achieve assigned sales revenue and margin targets while managing the designated area within the expense budget.
• Sales growth will be driven through three key strategies: maintaining and expanding existing business, collaborating with cross-functional teams across both brick-and-mortar and online platforms, and actively pursuing new business opportunities.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience supporting Costco and other large retailers within the consumer durables, FMCG, or building materials industries and knowledge of POS metrics and how to leverage data to influence your approach.
• Location: This position is eligible for a remote schedule for candidates within driving distance of a major airport. Less than 25% travel expected to facilitate customer visits.

• What you will be doing: Achieve and exceed quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sales and profitability targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key influencers at each assigned account. Act as a liaison between FBIN Security and account base, collaborating with teams across Sales, Product, Channel, RGM, Operations, Marketing, and Finance. Manage independent manufacturer sales reps to develop relationships with synergistic business partners. Assist in planning, creating, and delivering comprehensive product line review presentations for each product category. Optimize product transition costs, including markdowns, buybacks, displays, returns, and logistics. Communicate key initiatives that may impact the forecast, and actively participate in monthly forecast meetings. Utilize store visits, data resources, and networking to gain insights into competitors' strategies, including pricing, merchandising, and new products. Serve as a resource for information on key customer initiatives within FBIN Security, acting as the voice of the customer. Manage category-wide initiatives and rollouts, coordinating with applicable customer in-store service teams and independent representative agencies as needed. Apply financial knowledge to achieve favorable outcomes and propose effective solutions based on facts and financial viability.

National Accounts Manager

Sales

• Establish strategic partnerships with C-suite stakeholders to align Master Lock’s solutions with enterprise-level safety and security objectives
• Expand solution adoption and maximize customer value through ongoing engagement and optimization

Account Executive

• The Retail Sales Representative role is responsible for maximizing revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout retail locations in an established territory, representing our Larson, Therma-Tru, and Fiberon brands.
• Key responsibilities include training, coaching, and driving sales revenue across Millwork, In-Home, and Pro sales departments.

• The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of sales experience within millwork, windows, and/or doors, be able to easily build long-lasting relationships with store-level and district staff at Home Depot and Lowe's, execute product training to retail staff, and implement key sales initiative to meet and exceed sales goals.
