About the role
- Drive revenue and customer satisfaction across Home Depot and Lowe's in assigned territory representing Larson, Therma-Tru, and Fiberon brands
- Train, coach, and drive sales across Millwork, In-Home, and Pro sales departments
- Manage account relationships and support the full product portfolio
- Provide product knowledge training to retail staff and ensure accurate displays, signage, and pricing
- Partner with Pro Sales teams and distributor reps; attend retail Pro events and support Pro-focused programs
- Assist Retail In-Home Sales Consultants with Repair & Replace business
- Plan and execute travel within budget while meeting sales goals
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on messaging, product performance, and POP materials
- Support customer service by helping resolve claims and recommending product assortment changes to increase sales
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks, create action plans, and follow through
- Regular daily travel required (approximately 25% - 40% monthly)
- Nice to have: College degree in business, sales, or similar field
- Nice to have: Outside/field sales experience
- Nice to have: Background in building materials (windows, doors, decking, railing)
- Nice to have: Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics)
