Solutions Engineer

Senior Solutions Architect

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning for Engineering, Product, Detection & Response, SOC, and G&A functions
• Develop and maintain cost models that connect infrastructure investments, cloud consumption, and operating expenses to business outcomes
• Partner with Engineering and Product leaders on hiring plans, capacity modeling, contractor strategies, and investment prioritization
• Lead vendor and SaaS spend reviews, identifying opportunities to optimize costs while maintaining operational effectiveness
• Deliver variance analysis and forward-looking insights that help leaders understand both performance and future implications
• Build analytical frameworks that support strategic decisions around growth, efficiency, and resource allocation
• Partner closely with Accounting, Procurement, and business leaders to improve forecasting accuracy and financial visibility

Senior FP&A Analyst – R&D, G&A

• Own budget-to-actual reporting, quarterly forecasts, and annual planning for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and Partnerships
• Serve as the source of truth for GTM unit economics, including LTV/CAC, sales productivity, marketing efficiency, retention metrics, and payback periods
• Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership on quota planning, capacity models, sales compensation analytics, and pipeline forecasting
• Help Customer Success leadership optimize coverage models, retention forecasting, and customer growth strategies
• Build analytical frameworks that help leaders make better decisions around hiring, spend, and resource allocation
• Lead headcount planning and vendor reviews across your portfolio
• Deliver clear variance analysis that explains the 'why' behind business performance

Senior FP&A Analyst, GTM

Platform Engineer

• Architect and maintain end-to-end machine learning training pipelines on AWS (SageMaker, EKS, Step Functions) to ensure reliable and reproducible model development and deployment
• Build and maintain infrastructure for production agentic applications using Amazon Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore — including agent runtimes, memory, secure gateways, and observability at scale
• Contribute to the architectural evolution of our ML platform, including evaluating MLOps tooling and participating in buy vs. build decisions
• Implement AI/ML governance best practices for model versioning, testing, validation, maintenance, and security
• Integrate MLOps best practices with Expel's SDLC, security, and infrastructure standards, working alongside SRE, Platform Engineering, and Security teams
• Drive quality, reliability, and scalability improvements through thoughtful engineering and monitoring
• Partner with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to operationalize ML models reliably and at scale
• Mentor and support junior engineers; foster a culture of engineering excellence
• Create and maintain documentation, internal tooling, and enablement resources so practitioners across Expel can work effectively with ML systems
• Stay current with the MLOps landscape and bring relevant innovations back to the team

Senior AI Platform Engineer

Data Scientist

• Lead the data science team to work on small-to-medium scale, high-impact R&D projects
• Coach and develop your team through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career conversations
• Foster a culture of responsible AI, innovation, and technical excellence
• Work closely with PM, UX, D&R, Security, and Engineering to contribute to product strategy
• Collaborate with peer teams to define Expel's generative AI and LLM strategy
• Engage in resource planning, technical decision making, and budget management
• Define clear, measurable milestones for research initiatives
• Contribute to and maintain responsible AI practices
• Partner with Marketing to develop blogs, papers, and talks

Manager, Data Science

Systems Engineer

• Configure and optimize lead-to-opportunity workflows in Salesforce and LeanData to support pipeline generation and accurate source attribution.
• Own CPQ configuration, quoting logic, and approval workflows that reduce deal cycle friction and improve quote accuracy.
• Build Salesforce objects, views, and automation that support renewal pipeline management, customer health tracking, and retention workflows.
• Own Ironclad administration, including contract workflow configuration, template management, and integration with Salesforce — serving as the primary point of contact for contract lifecycle operations across the business.
• Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues across integrated systems before they become problems for the business.
• Serve as a go-to technical resource for the sales and CS teams, handling support requests with speed and clarity.
• Maintain documentation and manage user access across Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack.

• Own execution and optimization of multi-channel paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic platforms
• Drive full-funnel campaigns — from awareness to conversion to retargeting — with a clear focus on pipeline impact
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and channel mix to maximize ROI and acquisition efficiency
• Run structured A/B tests across creative, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve performance
• Analyze campaign performance and attribution data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
• Translate data into action — making smart, fast adjustments that improve results
• Partner closely with demand gen, web, and campaigns teams to improve conversion rates and campaign alignment
