• Lead enterprise-level Euna Grants implementation projects from initiation through closure, maintaining clear ownership of scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, risk registers, RAID logs, and decision registers in alignment with ECP standards and state agency governance requirements
• Facilitate project meetings, executive briefings, and steering committees with state-level sponsors and decision-makers
• Monitor project performance against established baselines — identify risks and issues early, drive mitigation, and escalate to the Portfolio Manager when warranted
