• Be the go-to point of contact for employees on all HR and policy matters, handling inquiries with discretion and care.
• Design, implement, and maintain all HR processes and policies across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition within employee onboarding.
• Own benefits administration, working closely with Finance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data including building dashboards and metrics that inform decision-making.
• Keep the company compliant by staying ahead of labor law changes and HR best practices across multiple states.
• Proactively identify process gaps, build solutions, and standardize ways of working.
• Drive performance management, engagement, compensation, and manager support initiatives alongside the Head of People.
• Support company culture initiatives and events alongside the Executive Assistant and Strategic Operations team.

• Develop and codify Euclid’s sales playbooks, processes, and best practices
• Establish repeatable frameworks for pipeline management, forecasting, pricing, and contracting
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting standards that set the bar for AE performance
• Create and refine objection-handling guides, discovery frameworks, and proposal templates
• Pilot and test different sales motions to identify impact
• Own the complete sales process from lead qualification through contract signature
• Conduct discovery calls, craft proposals, and lead presentations
• Act as the internal champion for client expectations during sales-to-service transition
