About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate project onboarding, including internal meetings, software setup, document upload/management, and AI-assisted detail extraction.
Own quality control for AI-generated outputs, reviewing and correcting AI-classified documents, extracted deal terms, and gap analyses before they reach internal engagement teams or clients.
Support the development of Euclid's software platform by being a power user, providing design and process feedback, and surfacing new feature requests through the product request pipeline.
Design, build, and manage a suite of AI tools to onboard renewable energy projects onto the Euclid platform.
Work with the Program Manager and Director to codify best practices into SOPs and broader knowledge management strategies.
Learn from a world-class team of renewables experts, and gain broad exposure to all aspects of renewable energy development, diligence, execution, and finance.
Help establish a higher industry standard for project quality and speed, through development and application of Euclid's platform and process standardization efforts.
Play an active role in building a rapidly-growing team and company.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of project experience in renewable energy (preferred), energy, or adjacent industries (preferred) or a demonstrated desire to enter the renewables space
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics or other technical fields preferred, but not required
General knowledge of the renewable energy project lifecycle - including key project value drivers, project development, financing, deployment, and asset management
General knowledge of project management principles, customer success methods, and best practice
