Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM strategy in a tech-enabled services or SaaS business
Experience supporting AEs running land-and-expand motions
Strong analytical skills with the ability to build a single source of truth for revenue data
Knowledge in AI-native GTM world, custom workflows, and internal tooling
Experience running planning cycles, quota attainment modeling, and comp plan design
Familiarity with CRM architecture and data quality
Strong judgment under ambiguity and systems thinking
