About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own client engagements end-to-end, from turn-key project development services through sell-side portfolio transaction support, reporting to the Program Manager of Development.
  • Lead technical and development diligence of solar PV and energy storage projects spanning C&I to utility-scale across major US markets.
  • Manage external stakeholders throughout the development process to deliver engagement objectives on time and on budget.
  • Build client- and subcontractor/vendor-specific scopes of work for proposals, including budgeting and scheduling.
  • Contribute to the design of new products and tools that serve renewable energy developers and investors on Euclid's platform.
  • Partner with the Program Manager on establishing Development best practices and project-specific functions, including engagement status reporting, P&L tracking, and resource planning.
  • Help standardize project development practices across the industry, raising the quality bar for how solar and storage projects get built.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in renewable energy project development (site control through NTP).
  • Track record managing multiple C&I and/or utility-scale PV, PV+storage, or standalone storage projects simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of the renewables project lifecycle and the value drivers in project financial models.
  • Experience managing, or serving as a key stakeholder in, project sale, tax equity, or debt transactions.
  • Fluency reading and interpreting key agreements: interconnection agreements, PPAs, site leases, EPC contracts, membership interest/asset purchase agreements.
  • Direct experience managing third-party vendors and subcontractors.
